How can subs login to Helios?
1. To verify the system has the correct email and birthday set up for the sub. Click the "Admin" button.
2. Since the admin has Single Sign on click "Admin Portal".
3. On the main screen type in the subs name.
4. In the pop up finish typing the last name or first name of the sub.
5. Click the name once visible.
6. Click the 4 vertical lines to expand the employee data.
7. Click "Employee Data" to expand it.
8. Click "Employee Details".
9. Here you will see basic information. Verify the birth date is correct.
10. Scroll down and verify the "Home Email" is correct.
11. The sub logging in will Click "Employee" button.
12. If they have a district email they will click "Employee Portal" to use SSO login.
13. Subs without District email will use their home email.
14. They will use the default password, their birthday in the format [[MMDDYYYY.]]
15. The sub will access changing the password by clicking on the Employee Icon in the upper right hand corner.
16. Click on "Change Password and PIN".
17. A pop up will appear, verify the "Current Password *" .
18. Type in the new password. The tool tip next to the word "Password" will have minimum security requirements for the new password.
19. Retype the new password in the text box "Retype Password *"
20. Click "Change Password" to save the new password.
