Testing Evaluations in Helios

1. Click "Dashboards".

2. Click "Evaluations".

3. Click "Add New".

4. Start typing the name of the "Evaluation Type" you are testing and then click on it.

5. Fill in the Evaluation Date".

6. Choose the test employee created for testing.

7. Assign an evaluator, either yourself or someone you are testing with.

8. Click "Save" and you can do the evaluation later or click "Save and Start" and the evaluation will open up to start.

9. If "Save" was chosen and you are the evaluator Click "Dashboards, Click "Evaluations".

10. Choose the Pending button. Choose the All button if you are not the evaluator to locate the record.

11. You can search for the employee if your list is long but it may be the first record as it is here.

12. On the far right of the record the evaluation can be deleted.

13. The far left you can choose the record then scroll down for more options.

14. At the bottom you can "Mark Complete", "Unlock", "Assign to Evaluator" (a different evaluator), or "Delete".

15. To Review under the "Review" column click the eye button.

16. Begin review process filling in the fields, the Evaluator.

17. Title.

18. Test the different options and texts.

19. Here you can add an attachment. If you want to give more information to the employee. Give it a title.

20. Choose the attachment.

21. A pop up will open to find the document.

22. Choose a "Category".

23. Give it a brief "Description".

24. Click "Add New Document" to attach it. Click "Save Draft" if you can not complete the evaluation now. Click "Sign and Submit" if complete and to send to the employee to review.

25. After Clicking "Sign and Submit" a pop up message appears that the data was saved.

26. The Administrator signature will now be present.

27. Click "X" on far upper right corner to close this page.

28. From here search for your test employee.

29. Start typing the name and click it when it comes up.

30. Here you can choose the employee ID "100920" or email to log in.

31. Log out.

32. Login as employee. Choose "Employee" button. Fill in "Username" and "Password" and "Log In".

33. As an employee click the three lines to expand the side panel.

34. Click "Forms and Workflow".

35. Click "Evaluations"

36. Click "Evaluation Completed for You".

37. See the date "Evaluation Date" set up in a previous step and a red x showing it is not complete.

38. Click on the button to the far left of the record.

39. Employee cannot change anything here. Employee can see if there are any documents attached and save it.

40. Employee can enter a comment (optional).

41. Employee can also enter a rebuttal if they have dispute/feedback.

42. Rebuttal.

43. Employee clicks "Sign and Save" to finish.

44. Employee signature has been added.

45. Log out of the employee portal.

46. Log in is an Admin.

47. If you were the evaluator you will get an email that the employee has signed.

48. Click "Dashboards/Evaluations".

49. Click "Completed" button if you were the evaluator. Click "All" if you were not the evaluator.

50. Scroll through the list or in "Search" type in the employee name or the "Evaluation" ID from the email in the earlier Step.

51. Note under the column "Done?" there is a green check signaling complete. Click the review button to the far left under "Review" column.

52. Verify Signature.

53. Note any comments from the employee.
