How Do Employees Complete a Form to Start a Workflow
1. From the Employee Portal Homepage, employees can access designated Workflows from the 'Forms and Workflows' menu on the left.
Note: You can also link directly to a Workflow right on the home page.
2. In the Requisitions/Workflows menu, the employee can see all Workflows that they are associated with along with their status. In the upper right, there is a green '+Add New' button which allows employees to open a new Workflow as long as it is designed with 'Employee Access'
3. Choosing from the dropdown, all Employee Access enabled Workflows are listed.
4. From here, employees simply complete the form and once submitted it will go to the next step in the Workflow that is established for this particular form.
