Helios assigns each employee a Unique Identifier (UID), however some schools and districts have their own Custom UID that is imported from another system. Both ID's can and are made visible throughout the Helios HR Portal but if you want to hide the Helios ID from the Employee Portal view, you can.
To turn off the Helios ID in the Employee Portal, follow the steps below.
Here is an example of the Employee Portal, the left-side number is the Helios ID and the right-side number is the Custom ID.
Go into the Settings Menu in the HR Portal (only visible to District Admin)
Scroll to the bottom and Toggle "Show Helios Emp IDAT Top" to No
