How to send an applicant's info, and all of their application data, to the Helios HR portal
1. From the main home page, click on "Manage" next to any of the open jobs.
2. That will show the applicants for the given job, and their history through the application process. Click on the name of the applicant you'd like to send to the HR Portal.
3. From the Application Details screen, scroll to the bottom
4. "Send to HR Portal" will send all applicant information including documents to the Helios HR Portal. Check the "Hired?" field if they are already hired and fill in the Hired Date but you can leave this unchecked if the candidate is not yet hired.
