How to add screening questions and questionnaires to a job posting



1. Logged in as an Admin, click "Questionnaires"

2. Here you will see your existing list of questionnaires, which can be added to any job posting.

Clicking on an existing Questionnaire will open the menu showing the list of questions associated with it, or you can create a new Questionnaire.

3. Clicking into "Add/Edit Questions" from within a Questionnaire will open a new menu where you can add or remove questions from a Questionnaire.

4. A Question Bank on the left houses existing questions, you can drag and drop these into the Questionnaire. You can also remove questions by clicking the red minus sign.

5. To edit and add questions into the Questionnaire Question Bank, click on "App Questions" from the Admin menu.

6. From here you can Add New questions, and fill in the description, question type, minimum required answer, and whether or not an attachment is needed.

7. Question Type can be: Dropdown, Free form response, numeric, or Yes/No.

Save your question and it will be available in the Questionnaire pool which you can then add to any job posting.
