Redirect a Workflow
How to Redirect a Workflow Redirecting a Workflow is helpful when a workflow is not routed to the correct user. You can do this if the current user is not available to approve the workflow, but if you need to do this consistently, you might want to revisit your approval criteria or the workflow. When this happens your Approval Criteria are incorrect. To do that check out the Managing Approval Criteria Guide below. 3. Only Admins have the ability to redirect and this can be done from the Inbox or the All screens.
4. If a workflow is on the first step(originator, new employee, etc.) then it cannot be redirected.
Select to review a workflow that is past the first step.
5. You can find the Redirect button in this bottom menu.
*This is only available to users in district admin roles, if you do not see it here please contact your Helios district administrator.
6. Select the user to whom the Workflow should be redirected.
