1. First, search the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for Helios Ed, and download the app.

2. Once installed, open the app. At the login screen for the app, it will as for your District Code - this will be provided by your district and can be found within the Helios URL that you may use to access the Employee Portal https://gethelios.com/DistrictCode

Employees use their Email Address or Helios Employee ID to login and the Password is defaulted to the employee birthdate [mmddyyyy] for the first login unless otherwise specified. There is also an option to use Single Sign On (SSO). And once logged in for the first time, fingerprint authentication can be opted into for easy sign on.
